Day 1 in Antiquonia
After the opening cutscenes, you’ll find yourself in the medical centre.
Here, begin by talking to Karim, who’s wearing an orange-and-blue vest. After the conversation, talk to Karim again and you will automatically go to the police station.
At the police station, talk to Officer Áncora. Mention that you don’t remember anything. After that, interact with the glass door to head out of the police station and to the guesthouse.
At the guesthouse, use either option when talking to the receptionist Aida to get your room at the guesthouse.
When Sarah is alone in the lobby, examine the glass frame to the left of the door you came from. You’ll find a framed page of Antiquonia News from 1989. Close the close-up and then head out of the lobby and into town. You’ll get into a conversation with Karim immediately. Ask about Samuel Campillo.
After you’ve asked Karim about Samuel Campillo, talk to the three old men sitting on the bench in front of the guesthouse and use the “Excuse me. May I ask you a question?” dialog option.
After you finish the conversation, take the route going upwards, to the right of the guesthouse (near the C poster).
This will take you to a convent. Go all the way to the right side of this screen and talk to the gardener. Mention your Sarah Campillo ID to Samuel and eventually, he will give you a hand-drawn map.
You can use this map from your inventory to fast-travel around Antiquonia.
Inspect it now to quickly get back to the town square (center diagram). Talk to Karim, who should be standing near the ‘three crazies’.
After the conversation, a cutscene will follow that has you going to Karim’s home and using his computer.
After you regain control of Sarah, head out of Karim’s home and go to the police station down the street. Talk to Officer Áncora again and use the ‘I need to confess something’ dialog option.
Head out of the police station and return to the town square. It’s dark now, and Sarah won’t want to go anywhere other than bed.
Head into the guesthouse and go up the stairs, straight to bed.
