Activision shares a wealth of Warzone Mobile news at CoD Next
After what feels like forever, Activision is ready to shed some light on the Call of Duty Warzone Mobile game, a title that many believe to in fact be Project Aurora, a codenamed mobile project that only a select few players have been able to experience thus far. Better still, if you’re a major CoD fan, the platform in which Activision is delivering the details is certainly exciting.
Well, Call of Duty Next did deliver, with a slew of new information on the game. Chris Plummer, Activision’s VP of mobile was on hand to not only deliver a 2023 release window but also share a bunch of new information while opening up the Call of Duty Warzone Mobile pre-registration period. The hype around the CoD Next Warzone Mobile news was big, and it turned out it was right to be.
With classic Warzone maps, battles filled with up to 120 players, and progression linked with console CoD games, Warzone Mobile looks like it might deliver the AAA experience Plummer is aiming for. Now we’re just hoping he gets a little less vague about the 2023 release in the near future.
