NS Game Reviews Episode 27 – Pocahontas (Genesis)

Well, it’s that time of year again. Time to review another game for Review a Bad Game Day…sort of. While I never saw anything specifically stating another RaBGD was taking place, I still wanted to do this review to finish off my Disney Princess trilogy…plus I alluded to it at the end of last year’s review of The Little Mermaid.

Nonetheless, this year I take a look at Pocahontas for the Sega Genesis. Believe it or not, this game isn’t actually all that bad. Granted it’s nowhere near a masterpiece, but it’s not nearly as bad as the other games I’ve reviewed, namely the Beauty and the Beast games. It’s actually a somewhat decent puzzle game with somewhat iffy controls.

While I point this out in the credits, the beginning of this video does use scenes and music from the movie which is owned by Disney, not me. The total time of the clips and music from the movie is about a minute. Not like that should make any difference, just sayin.
