RUMOR: McDonald’s toys from The Super Mario Bros. Movie may have leaked online
After today’s big debut trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie, plenty of new information and speculation has appeared online.
Even before the Direct presentation earlier, there were leaks and rumors showing off visuals from the film, many of which came from a surprising source: McDonald’s. Yes, that McDonald’s.
It seems that the McDonald’s leaks aren’t over yet, as a new image has appeared online reportedly showing off a set of toys from the upcoming film. It’s currently unconfirmed if these toys are real, but just in case, potential spoilers ahead!
The image can be seen below, and it may contain spoilers for the movie. The set features characters that have been confirmed to appear in the film like Mario and Luigi, but also a surprise or two. The actions each of the figures are performing might end up being spoilers for what happens in the final movie.
As you can see, there are a variety of different figures here. A couple characters can be seen in Karts, something that hasn’t shown up in any official material as of yet. Even more curious is a character that appears to be a blue Luma of some kind, again something we haven’t gotten a look at just yet.
