Marvel Snap – Now Available on iOS, Android and Steam

Nuverse has announced the launch of the latest Marvel card game called Marvel Snap. Players who are interested in the game can now download the game via the Google App Store, Apple App Store or Steam (PC).

Marvel Snap is a simple card game to play with tons of strategic planning behind your every move. The game is pretty fast-paced and adrenaline-pumping. You’ll never who wins until the very last turn.

The objective of the game is to win 2 out of the 3 locations by the end of 6 turns. To win the location, your total power (number on the top right) must be higher than the enemy. Some of the heroes will have special ability that you can use to help increase your power. You will need to plan carefully when constructing your deck so that the cards will complement each other.

Another thing to note, every game is played differently and randomly as the locations will provide different buffs or debuffs to the playfield. The challenging part of the game is to make use of the different locations to outwit your opponent. Remember, the objective is to beat your opponent in 2 locations to win the game.

Card Design

Based on my past hour of gameplay, I realised that there are several designs to each hero. However, the ability for each hero is the same. Players will be able to unlock and collect them like any other collectible card games.

There are no “booster packs” to buy in the game. You unlock new cards by playing the game and upgrading cards. Alternatively, you can get new cards through the Season Pass (the first pre-season is free, after which it will unlock a normal season) or buying them directly at the Shop.
