Straight from one action flick to another – Fast & Furious 7’s James Wan is going to be producing the new Mortal Kombat Movie.

Oren Uziel and Dave Callaham are scripting this gaming reboot which will focus on the MK franchise and videogames wiill continue play a big part in the future of the cinema it seems.

Not much is released on the story other than this. What is interesting – is the writers have both worked on Mortal Kombat Legacy and The Expendables – so expect some serious firepower and hardcore action!
