‘Spirittea’ Finds Business Opportunities in Helping Lost Souls
In Spirittea, you come to a smaller town. However, this town is full of spirits that only you can see – ones that need a little bit of help to move on.
This is a narrative driven slice of life adventure game where you’re the only one who can see spirits that have been making lots of trouble in the town for everyone. You see, previously, humans had left offerings and spent time remembering the spirits that they had lost. But now, in a busier day and age, there isn’t much care being offered to the creatures who previously lived in this town. But you can help in your own odd way; by helping these spirits with their problems, you can then have them use your bathhouse and pay you for your hard work.
Often, the spirits will want an object in order to be less troublesome and trust you. This might involve you cooking their favorite dish to finding something they have left behind. Not that helping spirits is all you can do (gotta broaden that bath house customer base beyond just spirits). Along with spirits, you can talk to locals and make friends. The people all have different hobbies they like, and you can spend time doing these activities with them. As in many small towns, there are opportunities to help these people with their own shops or with the things they need as well.
Once you have customers that are ready to come to your bathhouse, you also need to work on running your bathhouse, making sure your costumers have everything they need and even keeping the place clean. There is a lot that you can do in this small, quiet town, but it’s a very interesting place to explore.
