Mario Kart Wii’s Rainbow Road coming to Mario Kart Tour

A new tweet from the official Mario Kart Tour Twitter account is teasing the addition of the Rainbow Road track from Mario Kart Wii to the mobile game. While the track isn’t named specifically, it’s clear from the screenshot that this is indeed the Wii version of this iconic Mario Kart course, featuring plenty of ramps, boosts, and shimmering scenery.

We don’t know exactly when this track will be available, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long. Could its inclusion in Mario Kart Tour also mean that Rainbow Road Wii might make its way to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe? It certainly wouldn’t be the first time a Tour track indicated Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC. Only time will tell!
