GTA 5: Exercising Demons – Michael Mission Guide (Gold Medal)
Michael tests his lung capacity in a race against Mary-Ann Quinn.
Mary-Ann Quinn is a hyper-competitive fitness enthusiast who likes going on various triathlon-related activities. As you play through GTA 5’s story mode, each protagonist will encounter Mary-Ann Quinn in one way or another and feature a unique set of activities.
Exercising Demons – Michael is Michael’s encounter with Mary-Ann Quinn, who challenges him to a race around Del Perro.

Exercising Demons – Michael Synopsis
While strolling through Del Perro, Michael sees Mary-Ann Quinn going through her regular stretching routine.
Michael approaches Mary-Ann Quinn and tells her how she and Amanda share the same love for exercise. Mary-Ann Quinn mistakenly takes Michael’s words as a flirtatious comment and immediately shuts down Michael by telling him she will not sleep with him.
Mary-Ann Quinn explains that she does not care that she is 39 years old and still single. When Michael tries to calm her down, Mary-Ann Quinn cuts him off by assuring him she’s not stressed out and rudely tells Michael to leave her alone.
Michael asks Mary-Ann Quinn again if she is okay, to which Mary-Ann answers yes, and follows up by telling Michael to leave her alone because she is on the run.
Michael tells Mary-Ann Quinn that she looks upset. Mary-Ann Quinn tells Michael that she can still easily beat Michael in a race despite her current state; the pair would race on foot across Del Perro with the beach as their finish line.
Despite Michael’s questionable physical condition, he easily beats Mary-Ann Quinn in the race. Mary-Ann Quinn defends herself by telling Michael that he only won because she already did 10K before their race.
Mary-Ann Quinn gets on her bike and leaves the area, ending the mission.

Keep your eye on the map to get a better idea of what the entire route looks like.
Make sure to cross all the Blue Checkpoint markers. You can take shortcuts if you do not skip any markers.
You can use JUMP to get down steps faster. (There will be two sets of steps – one before the bridge and one after it) Just make sure you don’t accidentally jump out of the course.
The rest of the race is a straight sprint toward the finish line. Keep your SPRINT key pinned and run to the finish.
Anger Management Issues
Depending on which protagonist you’re playing, you might go on a triathlon race (Franklin), a bike race (Trevor), or a sprint across town (Michael). Winning the race will add Mary-Ann Quinn to each protagonist’s contact list. Franklin, Michael, and Trevor will encounter Mary-Ann Quinn once throughout GTA 5.
Exercising Demons – Michael is arguably the easiest Exercising Demons mission of the three protagonists since you only really need to run through the designated course to complete the mission. With that said, just follow the arrows throughout the course and make sure you don’t miss the checkpoints to achieve the Contender Gold Medal Objective.
