Nintendo will be at TGS 2023, but not on the show floor
The list of companies attending Tokyo Game Show 2023 has come out, and we’ve learned that Nintendo will be attending the big event. That said, they’re not participating in the way you’re probably hoping.
While TGS has been Japan’s biggest gaming even for decades now, Nintendo hasn’t participated in the show for a very long time now. Nintendo, as always, loves to do their own thing. For whatever reason, they don’t think being a part of TGS for show-goers is important, but they do find merit in attending.
Just like previous years, Nintendo will be hanging out at TGS 2023 behind-the-scenes. Nintendo will have a presence in the business area, which means they’ll be meeting up with other devs and pubs to work on deals for Switch, an no doubt beyond.
