Cyberpunk 2077 to add new Xbox achievements with Phantom Liberty DLC

If you were hoping for more Cyberpunk 2077 achievements, then we’ve got some good news for you: Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will include a new list of achievements to unlock.

When asked on X if Cyberpunk 2077’s game-changing Update 2.0 will include any new achievements, CD Projekt Red global community director Marcin Momot confirmed that, sadly, the developer will not be adding any new achievements with the update. However, Momot did point out that there will be “new unlockables directly related to Phantom Liberty content upon its release.”

Responding to another question asking whether or not the Phantom Liberty DLC will feature achievements, Momot confirmed that “expansion content will add new trophies/achievements.”

It should be pointed out that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is not coming to Xbox One and will only be playable on Xbox Series X|S consoles.

CD Projekt Red recently unveiled a bunch of new features coming to Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Series X|S with Update 2.0, including vehicle combat and weaponized vehicles, overhauled combat AI, redesigned perks, revamped police, and more. A release date hasn’t been given for Update 2.0 — all we know is that it will roll out to players sometime before the launch of Phantom Liberty on September 26.
