Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is now on Xbox and PlayStation
10/10 on Steam? Seems about right that we see the release of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk on Xbox and PlayStation, eh!?
Having first launched on PC through Steam (where it’s gathered up some serious review scores) as well as Nintendo Switch, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk now makes waves on Xbox and PlayStation. It comes from the Team Reptile squad, they previously behind the likes of Lethal League. Oh, and it looks flipping glorious. We can fully get behind those ‘Overwhelmingly Positive’ reviews on Steam.
So what is Bomb Rush Cyberfunk?
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5 as a bit of a trickster. Quite literally. See, it’s here where you head to All City, looking to join the Bomb Rush Crew, all in hope of gathering a grasp on the roots of Red; a self-styled graffiti writer who makes the most of a cyberhead.
It’s up to you to help Red prove themselve as the finest in the land, ripping up the world, gaining territory as they go. You’ll do that by hitting various graffiti spots, challenging rival crews and building your own style.
As with any game of this ilk, a bit of skateboarding is essential, as is inlining and BMXing. utilising the world around you, you’ll find yourself racking up tricks, building points and making the most of a variety of tricks and boosts.
The fun features are deep
Features wise, you’re looking at the following with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk on Xbox and PlayStation…
- Explore the 5 main boroughs of the city to hit graffiti spots and get REP. You’ll need it to challenge the rival crews to a Crew Battle.
- Find new members to join your crew around the city. Spread around are also new graffiti pieces to paint, outfit colors and music to play on your flip phone.
- Use skateboarding, inline skating or BMX style tricks in the unique environment based trick system. Extend your combos with manuals and get even higher scores by incorporating special Boost Tricks.
- You can get boost power for doing long combos so the fastest way to move is also the most stylish.
- Dynamic militarized police that scales up as you vandalize.

We suspect you’ll be taken in by the arrival of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk on Xbox and PlayStation. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk on Xbox Game Description
Start your own cypher and dance, paint graffiti, collect beats, combo your tricks and face off with the cops to stake your claim to the sprawling metropolis of New Amsterdam. Red is a graffiti writer who lost his head and instead uses a cyberhead to get around. In search of his roots he joins the Bomb Rush Crew, Tryce and Bel. Together they decide to go All City, to become the best graffiti crew in the city. The more territory they gain, the more they discover who it was that cut off Red’s head and how deep his human side is linked to the graffiti world.
