Standalone UI from my In to the Grindfield Overhaul mod
Removes all Hit Markers and Damage Indicators, Removes Enemy Markers on your Compass, Removes Enemy Name and Health Bars, Removes the XP Gain Bar (The one that pops up everytime you get a kill). Optional Removing of the Stealth Meter with 1 simple edit to your Starfield Custom.

A Vanilla approach to a better more hardcore/immersive UI to go along with my Overhaul Mod. (IF you downloaded my overhaul mod you shouldn’t need this.) Removes all Hit Markers and Damage Indicators, Removes Enemy Markers on your Compass, Removes Enemy Name and Health Bars, Removes the XP Gain Bar (The one that pops up everytime you get a kill). To Remove Stealth Meter add this to your Starfield Custom:
