Vampire Survivors v1.8 Adventures update showcased in a new trailer

Vampire Survivors’ Version 1.8.0, The Deeplorable Update, is in the works. This update includes Adventures, self-contained, miniature, story modes that reset and remix the game’s content. This update will arrive on Switch sometime after Dec. 6th, 2023.

Adventures follow the Survivors cast on a series of wacky sidequests. Each Adventure will offer a unique progression path, giving the player an opportunity to start from scratch and face custom challenges with a limited arsenal – without losing their precious unlocks in the main game.

The next game update (v1.8) will include the first wave of a handful of Adventures. More Adventures will be added in the future as part of free updates and paid DLCs, alongside old favorite recurring features like new characters, weapons and stages.
