Kill the Justice League story spoilers leak online

Although the recent closed alpha for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League required participants to sign a non-disclosure agreement, it appears that some players have now started leaking story details. Rocksteady Studios has urged fans to avoid them and to wait until the game launches next year.

With Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League now down to launch on Xbox Series X|S on February 2, Rocksteady Studios has started testing it with players. The recent closed alpha ran between November 30 and December 4, offering selected players a chance to experience a specific part of the campaign as each of the third-person shooter’s anti-heroes: Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and King Shark.

“This test and all related information/content is private and highly confidential. Only participants who accept the terms of an NDA will be able to participate. Any breach of the NDA will result in damage to the launch plans for the game. Posting (or streaming) images/screenshots, videos, or any text-based impressions of your experience online, via social media, or in any public forum is strictly prohibited, as is speaking to press outlets or content creators in any way. Keep in mind, all gameplay is watermarked with a unique identifier tied to your account.”

When registering for a chance to be selected, players were given the above disclaimer, but it seems that some didn’t listen. We won’t link to the leaks, but according to Rocksteady, story leaks are circling the web.

“We’re looking forward to players experiencing the story we’ve created in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League once the game launches in the new year,” Rocksteady said on X. We hope everyone can play the game and feel each moment of the narrative for themselves.

“It is very disappointing to see details being shared ahead of the game’s release, so we can only urge you to try to avoid spoilers where you can. And please try not to impact the enjoyment of other players by posting spoilers.”

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has had a tumultuous development cycle since it was revealed in 2020. It was initially expected to launch in 2022 but was then pushed into 2023, but after sharing a deep look at the game last year, Rocksteady delayed it again, this time settling on the new February 2, 2024, release date for Xbox Series X|S.
