Dude Story – An adventure platformer released for the Atari XL/XE by Mq Mariusz Ejchsztet

Don’t worry Atari 8bit owners we haven’t forgot about you, as earlier today we found that a new game was released for the Atari XL/XE called Dude Story by Mq Mariusz Ejchsztet. A rather lovely looking Adventure Platformer whereby you find three treasures and enter the vault in the castle with them in hand. Basically a Dizzy game but the main character is a dude and not an egg! To coincide with this news, not only can you download it below, but Saberman has shown off the latest gameplay footage.

Here’s the latest about Dude Story. “The first version of Dude Story, which has complete mechanics and all dependencies working. There is a full story, you can go through the whole game in the end, so I share. There are still plans to finish the graphics There is no animation of the waterfall on the island, no graphics in the underwater world, no disturbance in the second part of the castle, no planned intro and outro. However, I have run out of memory and completing these missing things now requires optimization, so I share the game in the state it is, because it is playable, it can be completely normally passed. An English-language version will also be created in the near future”.
