Xbox Game Pass to add gorgeous ghostly adventure Hauntii on day one

The list of new games coming to Game Pass continues to expand as developer Moonloop Games has now confirmed that its upcoming adventure game Hauntii will join Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on day one later this year.

In Hauntii, you play as a “naive but brave” ghost who is on a quest for answers. You will need to use ghostly powers to possess inhabitants and the environment around you to solve combat and puzzle challenges while also trying to unravel the mystery behind a strange race of glowing creatures known as Eternians, who are guiding lost souls to a looming central tower.

For those with a PC, you can check out Hauntii right now, as Moonloop has released a free demo of the game as part of Steam Next Fest. Other upcoming Game Pass games included in Steam Next Fest include Harold Halibut and Magical Delicacy.

A release date hasn’t been announced for Hauntii, but it’s coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Xbox Game Pass, and PC Game Pass later this year.

As for games that are joining Game Pass in the immediate future, Microsoft recently confirmed Resident Evil 3 and six more games for the service.
