Xbox Game Pass adds another two games today

With another two new games coming to Game Pass, you’ll need to shuffle around that big ol’ backlog again. Xbox Game Pass adds The Callisto Protocol and Isonzo today, bringing a maximum-security prison filled with unimaginable horrors to escape from and an intense WW1 multiplayer shooter that will test your tactical skills along the Italian Front.

The Callisto Protocol (Cloud, console, and PC)

The Callisto Protocol is a third-person survival horror game from Dead Space creator Glen Schofield. Playing as Jacob Lee, who has been thrown into a maximum-security penitentiary on Jupiter’s moon Callisto, you will need to survive and escape Black Iron Prison once inmates start transforming into horrifying creatures. While The Callisto Protocol certainly doesn’t compare to Dead Space in terms of gameplay, it’s still an interesting game that’s absolutely worth checking out with Game Pass.

If you’re thinking about tackling The Callisto Protocol achievements, as base list completion will take between 15 and 20 hours. That being said, there are multiple updates and add-ons that also include achievements, so if you’re going for the full completion, it is estimated to take between 44 and 57 hours.

Isonzo (Cloud, console, and PC)

Tactical multiplayer WW1 first-person shooter Isonzo also joins Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass today. From the team behind authentic war games Verdun and Tanneberg, you will battle it out in 48-player matches in the picturesque mountains along the Italian Front. Unlike other first-person shooters in the genre, Isonzo is a more realistic experience where another player can quickly take you out in just one shot, so make those bullets count!

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough data to give you a completion estimate for the Isonzo achievements, but with achievements such as Sacro Egoismo, which asks you to complete all Class Challenges in the game, we imagine the 1,000G is going to take a while.

At the start of the month, Microsoft revealed that five games are leaving Xbox Game Pass on June 15, so don’t forget to grab any achievements from those titles before they drop out of the service.
