Super Mario Run getting limited-time Mario & Luigi: Brothership event

Has it been awhile since you’ve played Super Mario Run? Well you’ve got a new reason to fire it up, and it’s thanks to Mario’s latest adventure on Switch.

Mario & Luigi: Brothership is out on Switch today, and Nintendo is celebrating its arrival with a special event in Super Mario Run. Head over to Super Mario Run and partake in the “Mario and Luigi’s New Adventure! Special Mission” event, which can earn you statues of Mario, Luigi, and their new friends from Mario & Luigi: Brothership.

Special missions in this event include:

• WORLD 1-1: Clear the game without defeating any Goombas!
• World Tour: Collect 1,500 coins

The Super Mario Run “Mario and Luigi’s New Adventure! Special Mission” event is live now and will be around until Dec. 19th, 2024.
