Plane Lazy – An offshoot ZX Spectrum game for Christmas by Sloanysoft

It was only just the other month that I featured a game called ‘Jet Set – Steamboat Willie’ by Sloanysoft: A Manic Miner / Jet Set Willy mash up for the ZX Spectrum, which starred none other than Mickey from Steamboat Willie. Well fast forward to this week, and the same creator, has released a spin off from the game called ‘Plane Lazy’. A game in which you once again play as Mickey from Steamboat Willie, but this time you must shoot your way through multiple levels collecting 84 horseshoes to regain Minnie’s favour. To coincide with this news, Saberman and Rowlands Reviews have both provided a gameplay video.

Here’s the latest from the developer. “Following the popularity of Jet Set Steamboat Willie, we made a little offshoot follow up game, retrieve 84 horseshoes to regain Minnie’s favour. This is a slightly modified version of the original and features stunning music from Lee Bee, this time with a festive theme!”
