Arcade Archives: Escape Kids hits Switch Jan. 16th, 2025
Hamster has announced that they’re bringing Escape Kids to the Switch on Jan. 16th, 2025. “Escape Kids” is a sports action game released by Konami in 1991.
Escape Kids is a racing game where the players control kids wearing clothes of different colors running around a fixed screen through various tracks with five competitors on the screen. Unlike usual racing games, the goal is not to finish in first position, but is to beat the black clothed guy who is the champion.
The “Arcade Archives” series has faithfully reproduced many classic Arcade masterpieces. Players can change various game settings such as game difficulty, and also reproduce the atmosphere of arcade display settings at that time. Players can also compete against each other from all over the world with their high scores.
