PGA Tour 2K21 now delisted, servers to close in October 2025
- The PGA Tour 2K21 servers will close on October 30, 2025
- The game has already been delisted, and VC (Virtual Currency) will no longer be available to purchase from August 30, 2025
- Two PGA Tour 2K21 achievements will be discontinued once the servers go dark
As announced in a support post, 2K says the PGA Tour 2K21 servers will be sunset on October 30, 2025. “This includes all online functions, such as in-game store, progression rewards, and all online functionality,” 2K notes. “You will no longer be able to access any online game mode after this point, however, if you already own the game, you will be able to continue to play offline modes, such as Local Match, Training/Tee-Off, and Creating Courses, though those Courses cannot be published.”2K also adds that the game has already been delisted from digital storefronts and that VC (Virtual Currency) will no longer be available to purchase from August 30, 2025.
As for the PGA Tour 2K21 achievements, two will be discontinued following the server closure. The [url=
[/url]Playing With Others achievement (Finish a round in Matchmaking) and [url= Only[/url] (Finish a round in a Private Match) are both extremely straightforward and don’t require much effort to unlock. If you do need either of these achievements, make sure you grab them before October 30, 2025.
Earlier this week, 2K announced PGA Tour 2K25, and while it doesn’t have The Masters (the license for that is still locked down by EA for EA Sports PGA Tour) it does feature The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship. 2K also says that this iteration features “new EvoSwing mechanic, new shot types, ball flights, roll physics, and visual improvements.”
