Our take on the Nintendo Switch 2 reveal | Pure Nintendo Podcast E95

This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, Jemma, Kirk, Trev, and Justin are mega excited to break down the Nintendo Switch 2 trailer that shadow dropped last week.

That’s right, we’re back after a short break last week to discuss the latest Nintendo news, and, oh boy, what an incredible week it’s been. The Nintendo Switch successor was (finally) officially announced – or should we say, teased? – in a brief video that highlighted a whole lot of newness, including a sleek new look, amplified size, a pair of fancy new JoyCons, and even a brief glimpse at the next Mario Kart outing.

We ask all the big questions: Will the JoyCons double as a mouse? Do we like the new aesthetic? Is that space for 24 racers in Mario Kart we can see? And will we be lucky enough to attend the hands-on experience events happening in April, May, and June? Plus, we speculate on when we think the new console will be released following the Nintendo Direct presentation planned for April 2.
