Enigma of Fear Walkthrough – Cathedral
Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Enigma of Fear. This guide will try to cover as much of the puzzles and mysteries as we can.
Enigma of Fear is a game of investigation and mystery in Pixel Art/3D where your deduction is your guide. Play and enjoy this story in the way that you want to, so we highly recommend that you explore and interact with its world as much as possible.

Graveyard of Melodies
Camp
Back at the camp, exit through the path at the bottom.
Perimeter
Go straight from the Graveyard towards the Underground.
The Underground
Go to the door on the left with the Keypad. And enter the code 25478.
Listen to the recorder inside. Check the photograph on the bed. Exit the room and get to the door on the left now. The code is 1589.
Check the chalkboard on the wall. Check the recorder on the table. There is also a book nearby. Back to Agatha now. Shine your UV light on Calisto’s notebook.
Head to the main menu now and zoom back. You will find Verity is hanging from the chains. Tug on the chains in the order you see on the image above.
Left arm > Left arm > Right leg > Left leg > Right arm
You will now have control of Verity.
Cathedral
Exit through the door at the bottom. Head to the right and then left. Enter through the large double doors on the left. Speak to Jaser.
Jaser and Verity will end up killing each other. You will see the Cathedral is locked from the inside. Let’s go back to Mia.
The Underground
Go to the Unhaunted Wing and enter the code 3945.
Check the note on the floor and then the book near the table. Check the letter to the left on the floor. Check the recorder near the door. Check the Medical form on the right.
It’s the medical file for Jaser. Check the recorder inside the room here. The pattern for the lock for the room beside the toilet is below –
Inside you will find the Patient File for Jaser Strach. You will also find a Gravestone here. Check all the items around the room and start the Immersion Ritual on the Gravestone. You will now have control of Lupi inside the Cathedral. Watch Jaser and Verity die one more time. Notice the blood on the Sigil symbols here.
Enter the code on the main menu now.
You will now play as Jaser.
Strach Mansion
Leave this room and enter the room on the left for Yuri’s Bedroom. Interact with the model on the table on the left. Leave this room now and head to Goliath’s bedroom. It’s the last door on the left. Interact with the drawing in the room. Leave this room and head to Thiana’s bedroom next door. Interact with the music score near the Piano. Leave this room and head to the room on the far left for Abraham’s Bedroom and interact with the statue. You will now wake up in the Cathedral, in the Hall of Chains.
The combination is given on the left. Get free.
Cathedral
Kitchen
The door is locked in the Kitchen. Pick up the Knife from the counter.
Abraham’s Bedroom
You will now be in Abraham’s Bedroom. Kill Abraham.
Underground
You are now in the Underground. Exit this room. Head to Verity’s Office.
Watch the conversation unfold between the Agents. You will be given dialogue options now.
I chose the last option but Jaser didn’t say anything. Head back to your room now and interact with the box.
Exit the room and go to the Forbidden Room.
Get out of the wing, and talk to Calisto. After the cutscene is over, you are in control of Jaser again. Head to the basement. Its where we saw the fight between Calisto and Verity.
You will be in the Cathedral now. Go to the Ending Hall. Do the quick time event now.
After you kill Verity. Again. You will be back in the main menu to play as Verity.
