Tomb Raider IV-VI collection joins this week’s eShop roundup

What’s happening on the Nintendo Switch eShop? This week’s highlights include a second Tomb Raider collection as well as Afterlove EP. Sounds like just the thing for Valentine’s Day.

Last year saw the release of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered on the Nintendo Switch. Now that we’ve had time to enjoy that collection, it’s surely time for some more of Lara Croft’s adventures. Tomb Raider IV-VI remastered presents the next three games in the long-running series. Fun fact, February 14 is Lara Croft’s birthday. What better way to celebrate than with some tomb raiding with Lara? We can’t think of any.

Meanwhile, Afterlove EP combines a visual novel with rhythm and adventure elements in a new outing from the creator of Coffee Talk. This interesting combo provides the unique challenge of creating an EP of music, set among striking visuals and unique audio, and coupled with multiple endings. It sounds like an interesting take on the genre that could be worth checking out.

There’s also new music on the Nintendo Music app, as well as an update to the Switch Online collection in the form of Wario Land 4. In other words, there’s a lot happening! We’ll be sure to chat through some of these on our next episode of the Pure Nintendo Podcast, so stay tuned.

There’s also a long list of new titles to contemplate, so let’s get to it. Check out the latest eShop games below. Let us know what you’re playing this weekend!
