Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma will be seeing release on Switch May 30th, 2025. Ahead of that release, a new trailer has been shared that spotlights a specific character. Check out the video above to see Ikaruga in action. Ikaruga is a mystic from the capital who leads the Jingasa Corps. Mild-mannered by nature, but when his personal goals are at stake, Ikaruga stops at nothing to achieve them.

Due to his tactical nature, he excels at every game imaginable, both ancient and modern. The Celestial Collapse—a calamity caused by a colossal object crashing into the eastern lands known as Azuma. The devastating impact sent fragments of terrain to the skies above and the seas below. With the earth shattered, the power provided by the runes ceased to flow. The gods of nature vanished soon after. Mountains crumbled and fields withered, leaving the people with nothing…not even hope.
