Chapter 3: A Silent Response
Meeting Lady Bugga
Move a little toward the fountain to be greeted by a familiar ka-kaw.
After the conversation, head west to find a blue box. It’s locked, so you’ll need a hairpin to open it. It contains a Hot Sauce and an Icy Soda.
When you’re ready to enter Plaza proper, go north into the tunnel.
A dramatic cutscene follows. When you’re back in control of Kulebra, you are free to explore the city of Plaza. There are five major areas in Plaza, one for each cardinal direction, and the Central area, where you are now.
There’s a lot to explore, but this guide will follow the story path.
From where you enter Central Plaza, go north and into the tunnel underneath the Stadium. Pass through the tunnel to the North area of Plaza.

Keep going north into the Wing Hotel.
After talking to Lady Bugga for the first time, head to the receptionist Menca and talk to her to get a pass. With the pass, you’re free to visit Lady Bugga, so head to the elevator and choose to go to the top floor.

Go through the golden doors to meet Lady Bugga again. During your conversation, mention that you cannot return to Sunset Saw, and provide the train repairs invoice you received.
Once you’ve agreed to Lady Bugga’s mission, you’ll get the Moon Key for Lady Bugga’s room at Sunset Saw.
Exit the hotel, either by the elevator or the fire escape staircase. (I recommend the latter, as you’ll get a hairpin in a chest at the very bottom floor).

The Train Repairs
The train repairs will be done on the next day, so find a bench and rest until tomorrow.
On the next day, you’ll return to the fountain south of Plaza, and learn that the repairs are being held up because the Wing Union can’t find a particular valve.
From here on, you’ll also be able to help Blanc Souls with various tasks.
Head back to Central Plaza and go to the right of the tunnel that you previously took. You’ll find a merchant robot here.

Talk to the robot Abadoo and purchase the valve he has for sale by giving him one of the stamps you acquired in the previous chapters. (We don’t know what happens if you didn’t collect the stamps. If you know, please let us know!)
Now return to the train station by going south past the fountain in South Plaza.
At the train station, talk to Dob by the passenger carriage and offer him the valve. This fixes the train instantly, so you can go to Sunset Saw if you wish.

Note that you can also get on the train station’s roof now for some pearls and a bottled message. To get up there, enter the train, go up the ladder, go the carriage at the furthest back, and then south to get on the roof of the train station.

Before you leave for Sunset Saw, go back to Abadoo and tell it that the train has been fixed. The robot will now go to Sunset Saw by evening and night, and sell its wares in Plaza by day.
When you’re ready, talk to Dob and head to Sunset Saw.
Return to Sunset Saw
Once there, head into the town square and go to the basement of Moon’s Motel. Light a match and check the wooden chest for a bottled message.
When you go far east in the basement, you’ll find your way blocked by a robot that requires a wind-up key.
Of course, only Coal had wind-up keys in his workshop, so head back out to the square and enter Coal’s workshop.

Go up the stairs and into the upstairs room. Go to the far west and interact with the wind-up key robot.
Once the robot is out of the way, go through the door to the south and open the chest for two wind-up keys.

You’ll now have a very spooky stealth section to get through. Avoid lighting your match here, or the spirit will catch you.
Get to the southwest corner of the workshop and use one of the wind-up keys you found on the robot there. The robot will crash against the wall and distract the spirit.
Quickly follow the spirit and go a little south to get past the previously blocked door.
Once on the other side, light a match. You should waste no time to get north, as the spirit will chase you down. Get out through the back door to be free of the spirit.

Return to the Moon’s Motel basement and use the wind-up key on the robot blocking your way.
Head up to the motel and light a match to see better. Go up the stairs and into ‘your’ room.
Slam into the eastern wall and then go through the hole there. Head south through the Room #2 door and go east past the skybridge to reach Lady Bugga’s room. Use the Moon Key to get inside.
Light a match and retrieve the object in the green chest on the desk.

You can then go up the elevator for pearls and a locked chest.
When ready to move on, go back to the Moon’s Motel lobby and out to the square.
Ancient Challenge and Test of the Hare
There’s a couple more things to do in Sunset Saw before we leave for Plaza.
First up, we’ll open the fast travel portal in Sunset Saw. Go through the old gate leading to the hill.

Go all the way up the hill to where the sheriff’s office was, and take the mask of the hare.
This triggers a considerably tricker Ancient Challenge. To solve this one, you need to catch the hare, which will always move away from you. The key is to move the eagle pedestals so that the hare will be trapped.
Note, however, that you cannot move the pedestals while the hare is moving, or it will reset to its original position at the far south of the hill.

The ultimate position you need to trap the hare at is in fact the north of the hill, where you first found it.
To solve this challenge, push the northern pedestal to the east and the southern pedestal to the west.

Approach the hare from the west, so that it moves east. Follow the hare without deviating from its route, and you’ll have it trapped at the temple entrance.
You can now fast travel between Sunset Saw and Dead Valley, but let’s grab the hare’s mask first.

Enter the temple and approach the pedestals without lighting your match. Notice the numbers on the pedestals.
You need to light up the torches on the pedestals in ascending order, i.e. I – II – III – IV.
Light your match when you’ve memorized the positions, and light the torches in the correct order.

Claim the hare mask and head out back to Sunset Saw’s square.
Abadoo’s Quest
We’ll now help Abadoo on his quest. Pass time until the Evening if necessary, and go to the northeastern part of the square to meet Abadoo.

Offer to fill the blanks and answer the questions with:
1. A badge
2. The tinkerer
3. Dropping a sign
We should now help Abadoo over at Dead Valley too. Head there now, either by fast travel or by travelling there manually. To find Abadoo, go back to Rosa’s Flower Shop.

Once again, offer to help fill in the blanks and answer the questions with:
1. Sell all the flowers
2. Giving it company
3. A boulder had buried him
You’ll get a bottled message for your trouble and Abadoo will return to Plaza full-time.
Back to Lady Bugga
As for yourself, go back to Plaza – either by traveling there by train, or passing time until tomorrow.
Return to the Wing Hotel now and talk to Lady Bugga. Give Lady Bugga the broken mask you found in her room at Moon’s Motel.

Our next goal is to investigate Lluvia’s Concert. First, talk to Phani to the west of the room, as she’s Lluvia’s biggest fan. Ask her about being a fan, and for rumors about Lluvia.
Then, exit the hotel to get back to North Plaza.
Lluvia’s Cup and Orvallo’s Notebook
Pass time until the evening and go up either of the two walkways surrounding the hotel entrance. The guards will no longer be guarding the area up there in the evening.
Go to the window and push against it to eavesdrop. After the conversation, grab Lluvia’s cup.

Now to find Orvallo, go to East Plaza and head far east to find Orvallo on a cliff. Talk to him and ask him what he’s doing.
He needs a black-and-white composition notebook, which was stolen by the opportunist fan.

Now make your way to West Plaza and go up the walkway to the spot above the Wing Union HQ. Talk to the shady fan here.
Give him Lluvia’s Cup and you’ll get the notebook in return.

Return to Orvallo in East Plaza and hand over the notebook. Then, ask him if he can help you get into the concert.
You can now enter Lluvia’s concert, but you’ll need a sneaking partner who’s a big fan of Lluvia. We happen to know just the person.

Return to Lady Bugga’s room in the Wing Hotel and talk to Phani. Tell her that you found a way into the concert.
Sneaking into the Concert
Now make your way back to Central Plaza and pass the time until it’s night.
Go up the slope leading to the Stadium, and go east to find Phani waiting by the open vent. Talk to her and let her know you’re ready to infiltrate the concert.

Go west and up the stepladder to avoid the guard. Continue west and push the crate on wheels to the east, so that it is aligned with the stepladder. Wait here for the guard to pass by.
Go back up the stepladder onto the crate and ram into the vent there to get rid of the cover. Enter the vent.

Now go a little west and ram into the drum set and guitar case. Quickly hide behind the crates to the west.
Slip past the guard and exit west. Now that you’re on the other side, climb the ladder with Phani.

Before watching the concert, head far east to find a chest containing a bottled message. Then, talk to Phani to start watching the concert.
After the series of cutscenes, return to Lady Bugga’s room and talk to Lady Bugga.
Staff Passes and Stage Work
Our new objective is to join the concert staff and determine what’s going on at the concert every night.
Make your way to East Plaza and enter The Long Boot. Here, you can talk to the shady person on the green seat for a business proposition. Otherwise, talk to the familiar face at the bar.

Now that you have the passes, you can join the concert team. For the next series of tasks, you should have as much daytime as possible. If it’s close to evening or past that time, rest until the next day.
In Central Plaza, go up to the stadium and enter through the front door.
Go west to find Phani ready. Talk to the bouncer to her left and hand over your staff pass.

Head in and go far east along the corridor, then east out to the trailer. Enter the trailer to receive your task for the day.
Now head back into the stadium and this time, enter the main stadium proper. Go to the far north, up the stairs, and use the Stage Light Control Room Key on the door there.

Interact with the stage light controls and read the troubleshoot note. We need to find a replacement fuse for the stage light controls.
The Shady Package in the Stadium
While here, we can acquire the package for the shady soul in the Long Boot Bar. Go east through the door to find the chest with a combination lock.
Part of the password is visible on the wall here (53). Go back to the stage light controls room and go west this time.
Push the crate on wheels to the right to reveal the second part of the password (14), and look right for the final part, printed upside down (39).

Return to the chest and enter the combination 531439 to get the package.
Fixing the Stage Lights
Now make your way back to the stadium’s outer corridor (between the stadium proper and the trailer). Here, talk to the security guard guarding the supply closet.
The guard won’t let you in, but he is pretty thirsty, so head to the vending machine at the far east of the corridor, and buy three Koola Loola Sodas.

Return to the guard, say you’ve brought something, and hand over the soda. (Note that Icy Soda or other drinks won’t work here).
Repeat this two more times to force the guard to go to the restroom. Open the supply closet now to get the fuse and return to the stage light control room.
Replace the fuse and select operate.

This starts a puzzle where you must get all green lights along the bottom to be active. However, if you activate a green light twice using the buttons, the light will turn off.
To solve this puzzle, press the two buttons on either side of the panel, while leaving the middle two buttons deactivated.

Once you’re done, return to Orvallo in the trailer to the east.
After the cutscenes, enter Lluvia’s room in the Wing Hotel. After receiving her cup, go back out of the room and then east of the elevator into the kitchen.

Talk to Orvallo here to get the coffee, then return to Lluvia and hand over the coffee to her.
A series of cutscenes will follow, and you’ll find yourself in a boss fight with Tormenta.
Chapter 3 Finale
Answer Tormenta’s questions with:
1. Cleaned the arena
2. Fixed the lights
3. (Refute)
4. Head Split Lightning

Your next goal is to get through the mosh pit. Enter the mosh pit when you see an opening and continue moving through the openings as they appear.
You’ll also have some guards patrolling the area that you need to avoid, but they’re not much trouble.

Make your way north to the bouncer and talk to him. Show him your staff pass and answer his questions with:
1. Her personal cup
2. Second floor
3. (Refute)
Go back up to the stage now to confront Tormenta. Respond to Tormenta with:
1. It’s not about the coffee
2. She’s only aggressive towards you
3. To read your notes
4. So that she finds closure
Finally, use your enlightenment beam to defeat Tormenta.

Once it’s all over, exit the Stadium to the east, where the trailer is.
Enter the trailer and interact with the notebook next to the bed. Exit the trailer and head out through the one-way door.

After the conversations, rest until tomorrow to complete this chapter.
