The Technician
Priority: Mandatory
Personality: Headstrong and dogmatic, he is a leader and will challenge your decisions.
Bonus: 50% Bonus to Base Maintenance
The Scientist

Priority: Mandatory
Personality: Pragmatic and objective. His focus is on the mission and he trusts Ally Corp.
Bonus: Need for Research lab and Researching.
The Miner

Priority: Very Important.
Personality: Self-loathing and prone to low self-esteem. He will hurt himself if not helped.
Bonus: Metals is the most important resource in this game and he gives a 50% bonus to metal extraction.
The Doctor

Priority: Up to you.
Personality: Self-righteous and calm. He likes to cook and in general is a helpful person.
Bonus: He mans the infirmary giving a bonus to time spent in there and 50% bonus to cooking speed.
The Shrink

Priority: Low.
Personality: He is a hippy. Doesn’t take anything seriously.
Bonus: He mans the Contemplation room and reduces time needed in Therapy.
The Refiner

Priority: Low.
Personality: A leader and he used to run workers union in his previous life. He rallies the Alters against you.
Bonus: 50% bonus to Refinining Enriched Metals in the Refinery.
The Guard

Priority: Low.
Personality: A criminal and a con man. He lied to come on the Dolly mission. Has the single most annoying mission in the game.
Bonus: Reduced time in the Contemplation room.
The Botanist

Priority: Lowest.
Personality: He is the only one with a successful relationship with Lena. Very whiny.
Bonus: 50% bonus to the Greenhouse.
