Infinite Drops a New Season Where You’re the Most Wanted Outlaw!

Torchlight: Infinite has dropped a new season, the season of Outlaw. Launched today by XD Games, the SS9 Outlaw season follows up on the excitement from TorchCon, the game’s first offline community event.

The Torchlight: Infinite Outlaw season drops you into a gritty world controlled by Tower Co.. It’s a corporate giant sitting on more loot than it knows what to do with. So, you ought to steal everything that isn’t nailed down.

The biggest hook this season is…

It’s the new Carjack and Crime system. Tower Co. convoys are your ticket to loot and bounties. Hijacking transports and cracking encrypted caches ramps up your Crime Rating, which in turn unlocks access to the Black Market and its brutal side gigs.

The real gamble comes with the Central Vault. You can walk away early or keep pressing deeper into the strongrooms. But the longer you stay, the more likely you’ll trigger a boss fight.

Rosa, the knight known for her finesse, returns with a completely new twist. Her new hero trait, Unsullied Blade, is a hybrid build that scales with mana and blends melee precision with wide-range destruction.

Meanwhile, there are some changes in the skill system, too. The old Imbue system has been scrapped and replaced with Focus Skills. They charge based on specific triggers like movement or critical hits. There are five of them out now.

Then, there’s the new Tower Sequence Crafting system. It lets you slap modular power cores onto non-legendary gear so that you can recreate legendary effects or invent entirely new combinations. It has around 200 sequences.

Finally, there are some new legendaries. Trinity brings elemental chaos to spell builds. Quantum Convergence forces summoners into a risky trade-off of health for power. And Spell Burst has new tools like Solid River to play with.

Endgame content is getting restructured with new Supreme Showdown bosses. There’s General Redscale, who floods the battlefield with blood blades. And the return of the Sons of Rising Tide as the 21st-floor challenge.

Torchlight: Infinite SS9 Outlaw is out now. So, get the game from the Google Play Store.
