This is the second quest in this story Arc.
This quest picks up in the exact spot where it left off in Cyber-Ghost. This quest is really prep work, with a lot of dialog. It aims to set V up for the next big mission. Interesting ideas are revealed and hint to for something special.
Songbird favors Feminine V over Masculine V in dialog.
I left a lot of space in the journal to make it possible to revisit this quest and add more content.

[color=#00ffff]To those people that mod other author’s content to add localization. If this is done without permission, this is theft. There is a tab, “permissions,” in the mod publishing process. While I am not against translation, I am against not being involved in the translation process. This is my story and I want to maintain the integrity of its accuracy throughout the translation process.
I also do not believe it is necessary to make 30 different mods for translations. They can all be housed in the original mod or as an optional localization download.
