Retronauts Episode 716: Terminator 2

We swear we will not kill anyone.

Friends, I don’t have to tell you how impactful James Cameron’s The Terminator was on pop culture back in the 80s because I already did that in a full episode of Retronauts last year. But did you know this successful sci-fi picture starring one of the most famous men of the decade got a sequel!?!? And WHAT a sequel, as detractors and fans continue to argue to this day whether Terminator 2 is better than Terminator (1).

We won’t settle that argument on the air this week, although host Diamond Feit and guests James Eldred and Drew Mackie certainly share their personal opinions on the matter. At least this time around we have some much more significant video games to talk about, although fear not there’s plenty of crap too.

One more thing: Drew mentions a video about “brainwashed blondes” appearing in numerous games around this time and you can watch that same video on YouTube right now.
