Kefir, the studio behind Last Day on Earth, has shifted from survival to lifestyle with its new game Sunday City: Sim Life. Also, known as Sunday City: Life RolePlay, the game has now entered soft launch on Android, following its earlier iOS soft launch in 2023.
Sunday City: Sim Life is now available across the UK, Australia, Canada, the Philippines, and the Netherlands. And if you aren’t in one of these regions, you can pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store. It will have a full global release on November 5th, 2025.
Build your city on the beach
Sunday City lets you start off delivering pizzas and end up running a powerful business empire. It gives you enough options ranging from running a hotel to becoming a street racer.
A roleplay-driven city builder, it offers plenty of distractions along the way. Chilling with yoga sessions, for instance.
The game emphasizes ambition as much as indulgence. Daily quests and competitive events are a part of it. Meanwhile premium cars, designer outfits, and lavish parties serve as rewards.
The temptation to gamble, chase quick cash, or settle into being a laid-back millionaire slacker adds unpredictability to your story.
Sunday City also has some smaller touches that lean into lifestyle sim territory. You can take care of a pet, mingle at beach parties, or settle into a luxury mansion once you’ve built your fortune.

The game has social roleplay, city management, and open-world adventure. And that’s a lot of variety already.
With the soft launch, Kefir has rolled out some new content. A cruise ship event called Wheel Wonders is offering fresh activities to explore.
Trophy Road has been expanded with additional rewards, and Treasure Path introduces tourneys where prizes are up for grabs. Also, you can open new businesses like Kids Galaxy and Sugar Island Cafe.
