When is the next Wuthering Waves livestream?
The Wuthering Waves 3.2 livestream goes live on Friday, March 12, 2026. You can watch it on the official Wuthering Waves YouTube or Twitch channels.
When is the next Wuthering Waves update?
The Wuthering Waves 3.2 update is due to go live on Thursday, March 19, 2026, with maintenance starting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
As long as you’ve unlocked the mail function, within six hours of the maintenance period ending, you can claim the following compensation rewards from your in-game mail:
- Maintenance compensation: 300 astrite and two crystal solvents
- Bug fixes compensation (optional): 300 astrite

Is there a new area in Wuthering Waves 3.2?
The WuWa 3.2 update introduces the “Academy’s Dark Side”, which isn’t a physical entity, but a special Sonoro Sphere which acts as a mirror to Starconch Academy, containing not only the intense passion and steadfast ideals of the students, but also their anxiety and loss.
We also get to explore Starconch Academy in its fully festive form, decked out for the New Solar Celebration. Here, you can find multiple exhibitions, a Roya-style amusement park, the retro Mind Dive Arcade, and more.
Are there any new quests in the 3.2 Wuthering Waves update?
Version 3.2 introduces the new main quest, Chapter III Act IV: Gold Suspended in Shadows. This quest picks up where the last one left off, and sees you return to Starconch Academy to welcome the lively New Solar Celebration with your friends.
Version 3.2 also introduces the new quest Degue: Afterstory Rabbit Reflated in Shades, during which you join forces with President Lucilla to thoroughly resolve the source of the Dark Side anomaly.
What are the Wuthering Waves update 3.1 events?
As always, there are heaps of fresh events in the WuWa 3.0 update. Here are the events in the WuWa 3.2 update:
- Soar to the Beat – a rhythm game with crossover tracks from Muse Dash
- Lahai-Roi Blocks – a tetris-like block-clearing game
- Speed up! F.U.E.L. Instrumentality Project – a 2D minigame where you have to catch falling items
- Knights of the Wild – a combat challenge event where you must explore and fight through multiple areas
- Whispers Between Stars – complete side stories with specific resonators in exchange for rewards
