Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon video shows off the theme song’s recording session

Mere hours before Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon launches, Nintendo has shared a new video that gives a look into the game’s theme song.

In particular, this video shows off some of the recording session for the main theme to Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon. This song is performed by Lauren McGlynn, with lyrics from Michael McGlynn and music by Hitomi Kurokawa.

Long before this trainee of the dark arts would come to be called Bayonetta, she took a fateful journey into the forbidden Avalon Forest. Alongside her was Cheshire, her very first demon, possessing Cereza’s stuffed toy. In Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, play as both Cereza and Cheshire and search through the treacherous forest to look for the power to save Cereza’s mother.
