All the games on Xbox Game Pass Core – WGB, Home of AWESOME Reviews

Games with Gold will be officially replaced tomorrow (September 14th) by Microsoft’s new service, Game Pass Core. If you are currently a Games with Gold member your subscription will be automatically moved over and the price will continue to be £7 per month.

Like Games with Gold that £7 per month lets you play online games. However, instead of getting a couple of free ( and usually pretty bad) games per month Game Pass Core gives you 36 games to play so long as you have an active subscription. Microsoft intends on updating the library a few times a year.

The selection seems pretty good, from some of Microsoft’s own first-party titles like Gears 5 to 3rd party titles such as the exceptional Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. For a first-timer Xbox player, there’s hundreds of hours of good gameplay.
