Asura The Striker – Beta Demo | Alpha Beta Gamer

Asura The Striker is a Space Harrier inspired arcade shoot ’em up where a humanoid combat weapon battles invaders from outer space.

The gameplay in Asura The Striker is pretty similar to the SEGA arcade classic, Space Harrier. You run or fly into the screen avoiding every fire while blasting waves of aliens and big bosses. You have a standard attack, a special charged attack and you can also slow down time for short periods of time.

The demo build of Asura The Striker features four large levels, complete with spectacular boss battles. Much like the game it’s inspired by, the gameplay is quite shallow, but it’s an action packed experience with vibrant visuals and you’ll need some serious skill to complete it with just one credit. A very entertaining blast for the past.
