There will be #BLUD in this new vampire-slaying adventure

Every school had that cool new girl who randomly rocked up half-way through the year, and immediately garnered all the popularity. Well, they don’t come much cooler than #BLUD’s Becky Brewster – vampire-slaying extraordinaire, capable of smashing every vampire to pieces. It’s quite fortunate, we suppose, that Carpentersville has recently adopted a bit of a vampire infestation – Becky, get to work!

Available now on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC marketplaces, #BLUD adopts the 90s hyperkinetic cartoon style often seen in your kids’ favourite Nickelodeon shows. However, it doesn’t take long in this hack ’n’ slasher adventure to see that this one isn’t particularly child-friendly.

Soon, you’ll be caving vampire skulls in with Becky’s trademark hockey stick, only to see colourful blood and guts spilled over the world. It’s all tongue-in-cheek, mind, with a wacky cast of characters to converse with away from the combat.

With a few attacks, a dodge roll, and the opportunity to unlock new weapons and magical skills, and Becky has all she needs to rid Carpentersville of vamps.
