Dresden Files Co-op Card Game Adds Its Sixth Expansion ‘Faithful Friends’

If you’re a fan of mystery & supernatural series and love a good card game, you must’ve already played The Dresden Files Co-op Card Game. The game has added its latest expansion, called Faithful Friends. It’s the sixth full-sized expansion

Published by Hidden Achievement and developed by Evil Hat, Dresden Files Co-op Card Game is based on the book series by Jim Butcher. The first book in the series dropped in 2000. The series currently has 17 books.

So, What’s Faithful Friends?

This expansion dives straight into the 16th and 17th books of the series, Peace Talks and Battle Ground. You’ll be getting new decks that match up with these novels. Two brand-new playable characters have also been added. They’re River Shoulders and Sir Waldo.

Faithful Friends brings more content and fresh challenges to Dresden Files Co-op. There are new cases to solve with more intense obstacles. You also get fresh card mechanics to make and new enemies to fight.

What’s The Story In Dresden Files Co-op Card Game?

The game follows Harry Dresden, a wizarding private investigator trying to keep a lid on supernatural chaos in Chicago. You’ll stumble upon a variety of beings, from vampires to faeries and demons and spirits to werewolves.

The other main characters are Murphy, Susan, Michael and the Alphas. You play the story of the novels in the series and mix it up with Side Jobs. Side Jobs is a random scenario generator based on the short story collection.
