Ubisoft teases “surprises” for Prince of Persia 35th anniversary, series creator shares new insight

Depending on your age, it’s time for you to feel old! Believe it or not, the Prince of Persia franchise is celebrating its 35th anniversary, and it seems Ubisoft has some fun stuff in store to recognize the milestone.

The official Prince of Persia Twitter account (currently known as X) has shared the above image, along with a special message for the anniversary. Ubisoft has said that they’re “beyond excited to show you all of our surprises and share our love of Prince of Persia with you guys.” Unfortunately, if you were looking for specifics on just what’s coming our way, you’ll have to hang tight until Ubisoft pulls back the curtain.

The one thing Ubisoft has put together and shared is a look back on how the franchise started, and they’ve done so with series creator Jordan Mechner.
