This mod knocks back the first rank of the Party Boy/Girl Perk so that immunity to alcohol addiction comes last, instead of first.
This means that,
Party Boy/Girl Rank 1: Effects of Alcohol are doubled.
Party Boy/Girl Rank 2: Luck Increased by 3 while under the effects of Alcohol.
Party Boy/Girl Rank 3: There’s no chance you’ll get addicted to Alcohol.

I made this because I think if you’re going to add an addiction to alcohol mechanic, and the first buff is to remove that mechanic, you’re in the wrong bar. Where’s the fun in that? I want to roleplay a pre-war ex-spec ops soldier who’s relying on bad coping mechanisms because they got water-on-the-rocks’d into the post-war era.

I do not condone or recommend drinking and driving, alcoholism, financial instability due to alcoholism, nor drunkenly swerving your vehicle off the side of the road and through the front window of the liquor store.

In all seriousness, alcohol addiction is very real. It puts not just yourself, but everyone around you at risk. If you need help, get help. You will be stronger for it.
