Pikmin Bloom is getting a whole lot cooler. I mean, literally! The game is trying to find new ways to beat the summer heat. Right after the Beach Resort Event, Pikmin Bloom is kicking off a new event with Shaved Ice Decor Pikmin.
When Do the Shaved Ice Decor Arrive in Pikmin Bloom?
It’s from August 1st to August 31st, 2025. The Shaved Ice Decor Pikmin looks like they have been scooped straight from a dessert bowl and drenched in fruity syrup. Taking on the Event Challenge missions will get you seedlings that grow into the refreshing little Pikmin.
Clear a mission and you could score fruit syrup bottles, flower petals, or one of the coveted Shaved Ice Decor Pikmin seedlings. And when the Big Flower in the middle of the stage blooms, it’ll hand over a Gold Seedling in addition to the usual prizes.
Some old decor is returning!
Alongside the new decor type, the Ice Cream: 2024 Flavor and Summer Sticker Decor Pikmin are returning. Event missions will offer Mii costumes and more seedlings for the 2024 Ice Cream Pikmin. To get these goodies, you’ll need to collect Fruit Syrup Bottles. You can grab them through Event Challenge rewards, flower planting, and Mystery Boxes.
Speaking of the Mystery Boxes, look out for the Bizarre Mushrooms that will show up throughout the event. Take one down, and you could walk away with bottles, flower petals, or seedlings for Summer Sticker Decor Pikmin.
The Shaved Ice, Ice Cream: 2024 Flavor, and Summer Sticker variants have the upper hand in these battles. Meanwhile, the Giant Bizarre Mushrooms will pop up every weekend during the event in August. These larger mushrooms come with a rare type of Mystery Box and let you use the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn up to three times a day.
