You need $12,500, and Billy is offering a once-in-a-lifetime deal where 1 Bonk equals $1. But there are plenty of ways to accumulate this cash, which leaves players wondering how to achieve all Blood Cash Endings. Whether you prefer pacifism, genocide, or anything in between, this guide helps you complete all routes.

How To Achieve All Blood Cash Endings
Bad Ending
To trigger the Bad Ending, you need to continue to invest in each new weapon upgrade. Billy will plead for mercy, but the cash pouring in blinds your morals.
- Glove: 100 Cash
- Rolling Pin: 300 Cash
- Bat: 600 Cash
- Pan: 1,250 Cash
- Brass Knuckles: 3k Cash
- Sledgehammer: 6k Cash
- Knife: 10k Cash
Each weapon deals more damage to Billy and, therefore, earns you more cash per click. Think Cookie Clicker if it were absolutely unhinged. Upon buying the knife, you deal the final blow to Billy, killing him and making a dash with the cash as the police arrive at the crime scene.
Good Ending
Good things come to those who wait, a saying well and true with the Good Ending route. It takes a while, but you need to earn your 12.5k cash using only the Glove to bonk Billy. Each hit generates 2 cash, so patience is a virtue.
After achieving your financial goals, Billy congratulates you, and this route concludes.
Revenge Ending
The Revenge Ending begins similarly to the bad ending, except you need to keep an eye out for visual cues. At 6k Cash, buy the Sledgehammer, but don’t invest in the Knife. At some point, your screen will redden, and Billy will become temporarily hostile to the player, lunging up from his seat and shaking the screen as they attack him.
The player wins this brawl, and Billy collapses as the player collects the remainder of their 12.5k Cash before leaving. This route ends with a cutscene of Billy filing a complaint with the police, and the player ends up in the slammer!
Friendship Ending
This ending is only possible after achieving one of the other endings. When interacting with Billy for the first time, press ‘Have a chat’ instead of Continue. Billy will recognise the player and begin begging to be left alone, to which the player apologises, and the route ends with both characters happy.
