New mini-doc shares fresh insight into Retro’s cancelled Zelda spin-off for Wii
Many years ago, there were rumors of a new Zelda game in development at Retro Studios. Many thought the rumors to be completely false, but as time went on, we realized that Retro really was working on a Zelda game for the Wii. Unfortunately, by this time the game had been completely scrapped.
Many would love to see what that Zelda spin-off had to offer, or get fresh details on the game. While we’ll never get to see the game with unfettered access, today brings us an excellent feature from Did You Know Gaming that gives us more insight than ever.
In the video above, you’ll learn all about Retro’s cancelled Zelda title, which featured the last male Sheikah, as well as Sheik from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This certainly seems like the kind of info-dump that Nintendo will want to have removed from the internet, so make sure to watch it while it’s still around!
