Digimon World: Next Order on Switch doesn’t include dual audio

As we mentioned earlier, Digimon World: Next Order is now available on Switch. What we haven’t mentioned is a tidbit Bandai Namco neglected to share prior to release. Digimon World: Next Order on Switch doesn’t include dual audio.

If you were to pick up the Steam or PS4 versions of Digimon World: Next Order, you’d be able to pick between Japanese or English audio. For whatever reason, the Switch version of Digimon World: Next Order only includes English audio.

Bandai Namco hasn’t commented on this situation, so we have no idea why the Japanese audio was left out, or if it will be added in a future update. Hopefully Bandai Namco speaks up soon and at least explains the situation.
