For players just starting out, this is a house with a bed and a couple of containers in Balmora.

Permissions and credits
This adds a small home near by the guard tower near Caius Cosadas in Balmora. The house contains a bed and two unowned containers( a chest and a chest of drawers) as well as a table and shelves for displaying items. There is also a sitting area on the roof and a tree for shade since the area seemed empty without it.
The house isn’t locked or trapped, so it’s free to use as soon as you can get to Balmora.
