GUNHEAD is an action-packed roguelike Sci-Fi FPS where a mech with a gun for a head battles swarms of drones in derelict spaceships.
A sequel to 2D roguelike action game Cryptark, GUNHEAD is a roguelike FPS where you’re a space pirate who boards procedurally generated space ships in search of loot. The ships are filled with deadly robotic drones, but thankfully you have a heavily armed mech with up to four guns attached to its head. As you progress you’ll be able to unlock upgrades and lots of different weapons, to aid your spaceship plundering adventures.
Cryptark was very well received upon release in 2017 and switching the gameplay to first person for the sequel looks set to deliver a much more intense action-focused experience. Plus piloting a gu-headed mech is always going to be cool! Sign up for the Alpha to do some real head-banging.
