Monolith Soft announces an increase in employee salaries

It seems things couldn’t be going better for Monolith Soft, as the company has just announced plans to increase salaries for their employees.

According to an announcement from Monolith Soft, employees will see a bump in salaries going forward to keep payment in line with the rising prices in Japan. This also includes a whopping 22% increase in salaries for new graduates who join the company.

This increase for graduates will bump salaries up to a starting point of 250,000 yen, which is roughly equal to $1,800.
