After a June that has already delivered the likes of Persona 5 Royal, Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions and Solarpunk, Xbox Game Pass is lining up another varied week of additions. This time around, the spotlight falls on a quirky Day One indie, a major Call of Duty release, and the latest entry in EA’s football powerhouse.
Whether you’re rebuilding a crashed spaceship from scrap, storming the beaches of WWII, or chasing glory on the football pitch, there’s plenty to keep subscribers busy across cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC.

Junkster Brings Day One Platforming Fun
First up is Junkster, arriving Day One, today, for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers across cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC.
Developed and published by Stormcloud Games, Junkster follows UM-13, a small construction robot stranded on a dangerous junkyard planet after an intergalactic cargo ship crash. Armed with little more than a robo-wrench and a talent for turning rubbish into useful tools, UM must recover precious cargo and repair the damaged vessel.
But rather than simply collecting resources, players are encouraged to repurpose junk scattered throughout the world, transforming discarded materials into new creations that aid exploration and progression.
Wrapped in a visual style inspired by classic 1980s American comic books, it looks set to deliver a colourful blend of action-platforming and creative problem-solving.
Call of Duty Expands Its Game Pass Presence
The following day sees another major Activision title join the service as Call of Duty: Vanguard arrives across cloud, console and PC.
While recent Game Pass additions have steadily expanded the Call of Duty catalogue, Vanguard takes players back to the battlefields of World War II, delivering a globe-spanning campaign that moves from occupied France and North Africa to the Pacific theatre and the Eastern Front.
Alongside its cinematic single-player campaign, Vanguard includes a substantial multiplayer offering featuring more than twenty maps at launch, alongside a Zombies experience developed by Treyarch.
For those who may have skipped this entry when it originally launched, Game Pass now provides the perfect opportunity to see how it fits into the wider Call of Duty franchise.
EA Sports FC 26 Takes To The Pitch
Rounding out the week on June 18th is EA Sports FC 26, joining Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass across cloud, console and PC.
As EA continues to evolve its post-FIFA football series, this year’s entry introduces a new international tournament mode featuring 48 national teams, alongside additional authentic stadiums and a variety of fresh career options.
The latest instalment also expands both Manager Career and Player Career, while Football Ultimate Team receives new Live Events and tournament-focused experiences. Combined with updated gameplay systems shaped by community feedback and more than 20,000 authentic players, FC 26 once again aims to be the definitive virtual football experience.
For football fans, or those invested in the World Cup, this could easily become one of the biggest Game Pass additions of the summer.
What’s Next For Game Pass?
And if this week’s additions aren’t enough, Xbox already has several more games lined up for the weeks ahead. June 25th will see the arrival of Abyssus, bringing its underwater-inspired action to cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The following week introduces RV There Yet? on June 30th, before the long-awaited Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 rolls onto Game Pass on July 2nd, giving subscribers another chance to relive some skateboarding classics. Looking slightly further ahead, Winds of Arcana: Ruination arrives on July 6th across cloud, console, handheld and PC, ensuring the summer Game Pass schedule remains packed with fresh experiences.
We’ll be sure to remind you as those games hit.
