Spring has sprung all over Japan, and so the final week of the Italian Exotics is upon us. I’ll do my best to guide you through, so start your engines!

And don’t forget, with Series 3 the used car dealership will be playing host to some Italian cars that were previously only available in wheelspins.

What Is The Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist?

If you’re new around these parts, the Festival Playlist is Forza Horizon 6’s rotating weekly challenge system, offering players the chance to complete seasonal events in exchange for Playlist Points, reward cars, Wheelspins and Credits.

Each Series lasts four weeks and is split into Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring editions, with Series 3 running from July 16th for 4 weeks. From there, we move into Series 4. Should you be looking for all our Challenge Guides, we’ve got you covered.

Completing events across the map increases your seasonal progress, unlocking exclusive rewards before the Playlist resets the following week.

Much speed and many horsepowers on offer this week, and so all your speed freak needs should be met!

  • Points – 80 | Reward – 2024 Lamborghini Temerario (Legendary)
  • Points – 160 | Reward – 2022 Ferrari 296GTB (Epic)

Event: Monthly Rivals

  • Points: 4pts
  • Circuit: Electric Town Circuit
  • Car: 2024 Lamborghini Temerario
  • Reward: Super Wheelspin

Remember, get round with a clean lap to succeed. It doesn’t need to be fast, just neat! Basically, go as slow as you like…

Event: Weekly Challenge

  • Points: 5pts
  • Challenge: Racing Spirit
  • Car: 1980 Fiat Abarth 131
  • Reward: 25,000 Credits

Fancy a bit of Retro Rallying? Well, the Fiat Abarth 131 could be just the car to do it in!

A homologation special, this turned a family saloon into a World Championship winning monster. I’ve tweaked mine just a tad, and the share code is 160399348. Off road all the way!

There’s no option to win the car this week, so it’s 125,000 credits at the Autoshow if you don’t own one.

Step 1: Own and drive the car. Pretty simple.

Step 2 : Earn 4 stars at Trailblazers now. Good job I put those Rally tyres on!

Step 3 : Win two dirt races. If you are confident in your skills, making them custom races and one lap long can save time..

Step 4: Now earn 3 Ultimate Wreckage skills in the car. Smash stuff up!

Enjoy your credits and points!

Event: Daily Challenges

  • Points: 1pt x7
  • Challenge: 7 Individual Challenges
  • Car: Varies
  • Reward: Credits

Daily challenges return, and as the name suggests, a new one is unlocked every day. You’ll want to keep checking back to find out what you need to do each and every time! There is an achievement for earning every point in a season, and these are key to doing that.

Event: Photo Challenge

  • Points: 2pts
  • Challenge:#SkiHoliday
  • Car: Any Lamborghini
  • Reward: Emote : Take Off

Take any Lambo you fancy to the Sotoyama Ski Resort, right up in the frozen north. What could be better? Hope there’s room for the skis!

See the top of this article for my effort.

Event: Treasure Hunt

  • Points: 3pts
  • Challenge: Smash the Treasure chest
  • Car: Any
  • Reward: 100,000 credits

The chest is in the Takashiro region this time around.

See the map for the location. The nose of my car is touching the chest in the photo.

Event: Seasonal Championship – Dirt Racing

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: Out of the Loop
  • Car: Total Buggies and Off Road – B Class
  • Reward: Maseratit MC20

Off road cars and a B Class limit gives me the chance to bring back RAM 1500 TRX. The share code for mine is 112738744.

Win all three races solo, or best two of three if you’re in a convoy, and the prize will be yours.

Event: Seasonal Championship – Cross Country

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: It’s Snow Problem at All
  • Car: Sports Utility Heroes – A Class
  • Reward: Lambo Huracan

Interesting category, I had to keep the faith and use a Lamborghini Urus. The share code is 103662666.

Event: Seasonal Championship – The Trial

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: Daily Commute
  • Car: Alfa Romeo – A Class
  • Reward: Ferrari SF90 Stradale

Without wanting to jinx myself again, we actually got a decent team last week and smashed it. Let’s hope it continues!

Alfa and A Class means we wheel out the 155 Q4, as four wheel drive is always good in my book, and the share code for mine is 892652021. A honking great V8 under the bonnet never hurt anyone, right?

Pray to the racing gods that you find a team that has got an idea of what teamwork is.

Event: Drag Meet

  • Points: Wheelspin
  • Location: Festival Kilometre
  • Car: Lamborghini – S1 Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

A kilometre in under 18 seconds sounds a lot, but a stock Sian Roadster did it easy.

Event: Speed Trap

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location: Takashiro Bridge
  • Car: Ferrari – S1 Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

Go past the trap at over 165mph for this event. I used the F12TDF stock, approaching from the right.

Event: Drift Zone

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location: Nukabira Turn
  • Car: Ferrari – S1 Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

There’s only one car for this, a Stock Formula Drift Ferrari #117 GTB Fiorano would be the obvious choice, but the game says no. So, the F12 TDF in stock trim will have to do.

Score over 64,000 drift points to win. And boy is this thing a handful!

Event: Speed Zone

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location:Kozokudoro
  • Car: Ferrari – S1 Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

This may be a bit of a challenge, with an average speed of 200 mph needed. For context, the three star speed in the base game is 185 mph! I used the Ferrari F12TDF in stock trim.

Event: Horizon Play – Up to Spec

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location: Online
  • Car: Depends on the races, I guess
  • Reward: Alfa 8C

Simply complete a Horizon Spec Racing Championship. No need to win, taking part is its own reward.

The cars are all the same base spec, so no tunes required..

Event: Horizon Stunt Party

  • Points: 3pts
  • Location: Online
  • Car: Depends on the event
  • Reward: Car Horn – Wah Wah Wah Wahhh

This week a Stunt Party appeared while I was doing the Weekly Challenge, so jump on it when it appears is my advice!

If it does, you’ll need to complete Round 3 to win out.

Fastest Ways To Earn Playlist Points This Week

If you’re looking to unlock the seasonal rewards quickly, you may want to prioritise the easier activities first. If that is indeed the case, and pretty much as always, we recommend ticking off the Photo challenge first – it’s the most simple way to rack up the points. Then hit up the Treasure Hunt before making the most of Horizon Play. Grind away and you’ll find points coming your way fairly swiftly.

This should allow you to stack up a healthy hit of progress through the Playlist before even touching the longer Seasonal Championships.

Follow our lead from up above and you should find yourself powering through the Festival Playlist challenges in Forza Horizon 6 for Series 3 Spring. Next up – Series 4!.

As always, we’d love to hear if any of our cars and tunes helped you out, so feel free to get involved in the comments.

And remember, you’ll need a copy of Forza Horizon 6 in your digital library. It’s available through Game Pass if you prefer. Just head to the Xbox Store and enjoy a download.
