A legendary 1980s franchise has unofficially returned to the Commodore 64 with the release of Impossible Mission 3. This surprise sequel that has been eagerly awaited for sometime in the C64 community, is a massive collaborative effort. It is presented by Psytronik Software in association with Epyx Games, LLC, Code 10 Digital, Retro Games Ltd, and ICON 64. The title revives one of the most celebrated game series in C64 history! As noted by the team “The third game in one of the most famous C64 games series of all time is finally here!”

Players step back into the shoes of Agent 4125. Your objective is to stop the sinister Elvin Atombender and his robotic army. Players must use strategy and stealth to infiltrate a brand-new enemy headquarters and dismantle Atombender’s latest evil plot. The game features a massive 512K of game packed into one cartridge file, new gameplay mechanics, robots that can be shot with an EMP gun, explosives to destroy damaged scenery, 3D lift effects, over 30 speech samples, animated intro and end sequences, and finally it’s PAL and NTSC compatible for the C64,C64 Mini, Maxi and Ultimate.
